At Diamond Edge, we firmly believe that an athlete's progress is heavily reliant on the ability of our coaches, trainers, and performance experts ability to see and understand the relationships among a variety of factors. These factors include static and dynamic flexibility efforts, strength training, medicine ball drills, movement training, metabolic conditioning, soft tissue work/ manual therapy, dedicated arm care, throwing programs, hitting development, and nutrition.

And, just as it is important for us to recognize these interdependencies, it's important to us that we educate our athletes on the "when", "how", and "why of their training, as opposed to simply the "what".
